Shipping & Returns


During this difficult time, we are working hard to maintain our service levels while keeping our team and facilities safe. We are still processing orders while maintaining the standards set by the CDC, state and local governments.

Whether you are ordering over the internet or phone, we will process your order as quickly as possible. But because of disruptions in normal business practices and increased online business impacting our distributors and our carriers, delivery may take a bit longer than usual.

We appreciate your understanding and patience, and allowing us to serve your sporting goods needs!

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).  Customer will incur all shipping charges due to ordering an incorrect item.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.


When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Most items ship out within 7-10 business days unless description says differently.  Expedited shipping takes place once the order has shipped.  Shipping is based on UPS working days which do not include weekends.  If an item cannot be shipped within that timeframe, we will contact you within 24 hours to let you know. 

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

Our website is linked in to the product offerings of all of our different distributors.  They do not have up to date inventory levels that are available to update on our site.  Just the products they offer at this time. If they are out of stock, we then will contact our customers to let them know and make the decision to keep or cancel the order.




FREE Shipping


Some items offer Free Shipping.  Free shipping only applies to the lower 48 states of the USA and will be shipped UPS/Fedex Ground.


If an item with free shipping is returned due to a customer ordering mistake, a shipping fee will be applied when refunded.
