The RMU Mount by Reptilia is a lightweight slimline solution manufactured at the request of a DoD customer. The RMU Mounts are ideal for lifting a variety of optics with fixed height lower 13 cowitness heights such as the EOTech line of holographic optics Vortex Optics AMG UH1 and Sig Optics ROMEO8T to an elevated height which is more ergonomic when using helmetborne night vision or those who prefer a more upright shooting stance. The RMU Mount is machined from billet 7075T6 aluminum with Milspec Type III hard anodized finish the RMU Mount attaches to any M1913 Picatinny rail and offers optimal sight placement with an increase in height of .625 inches. Its springloaded nitride steel clamp and mounting bolt simplify the installation process and sit flush with the body of the mount for a lowprofile antisnag design.
