In order to keep our prices lower than the competition we do not offer phone assistance. All emails are answered within 12-24 hours on weekdays (Usually much quicker than that). To have staff employed to answer the phones would raise our prices....and nobody wants that.
Our website is linked in to the product offerings of all of our different distributors. They do not have up to date inventory levels that are available to update on our site. Just the products they offer at this time. If they are out of stock, we then will contact our customers to let them know and make the decision to keep or cancel the order.
We are not open to walk in sales in the CA warehouse. Sorry. (Will Call Pickups Only)
