Tthe Amalgam combines all the advantages of Spydercos Compression Lock mechanism a fully accessible Trademark Round Hole and a flipper opener into one synergistic package. The Amalgam features a broad droppoint blade crafted from Americanmade CPM S30V stainless steel. The PlainEdge blade is fullflat ground for exceptional edge geometry and showcases a beautiful satin finish. It also rides on special lowfriction ballbearing washers that give it a smooth action and help ensure swift positive onehanded opening with either its indexfinger flipper or its round hole. The handle features skeletonized stainless steel liners nested into textured carbon fiberG10 laminate scales. This keeps the ergonomic handle slim and pocket friendly and complements its openbacked construction to minimize the knifes overall weight and accentuate its balance. A fourposition clip and lined lanyard hole support all possible carry preferences and allow the Amalgam to be brought into action quickly and positively with either hand.
