This 6-piece kit comes with an 8-inch, 6.5-inch, 5.5-inch, and 4.75-inch fillet knives. The blades are made from titanium-coated, satin-finished stainless steel to strengthen the cutting edge against premature wear. Their fillet knives are sharp and flexible making it easy to follow the natural contours of the fish for cutting perfect fillets. The fish scale design on the non-slip grip handles features an over molded TPR surface for a secure and comfortable grip while handling the knives.
