The classic Santoku Knife is part of the Household Cutlery collection. It features a 7 stainless steel Santoku blade with a solid walnut handle and a full tang. This knife is great for slicing dicing and mincing. The Santoku knife can create razorthin slices of meat and fish. Constructed with Case TruSharp stainless steel which is a special highcarbon steel that helps the blades hold an edge longer than conventional steel extraordinary blade strength and corrosion resistance.
