Rope Dope is a liquid deer attractant formulated to imitate the pre-orbital gland scent bucks leave when rubbing, helping start and maintain rub and scrape activity. Apply 1 to 2 ounces directly to the end of a rope, or mix 1 to 2 ounces with 6 ounces of water to saturate the rope for longer coverage. Reapply every few weeks to keep scent strength consistent as activity builds. It contains no real urine or gland secretions and comes in a 4-ounce amber squirt bottle for easy field use.
