Factory replacement for the P365XMACRO grip module. It features a true 1913 accessory rail and three interchangeable backstraps S M L to ensure a proper fit for the users hand. The medium backstrap comes preinstalled. Compatible with the 17round P365XMACRO magazine. Compatible with all P365 FCUs except manual safety versionsfiring control modules. Note A compatible slide assembly and magazine must be used.
